Slow Cooker Maple Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp maple extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft. Top with fruit or nuts.
