    This is a great ebook filled with simple recipes. I hate anything that requires 20 ingredients, and Colleen does such a fantastic job of making sure her recipes aren’t just healthy, they’re easy. And since I’ve already eaten too many Christmas cookies and it’s only Dec. 12, I’m really happy she gave me some healthy alternatives!!
